Nice recipe! I happen to love muffins(and squash too, surprisingly). I must try the recipe out.

As for my sneak-in health food(I don't have kids yet, but I do remember what my mom used to sneak in my food) - I'd have to say it was bananas mysteriously blended into various smoothies!



Will have to try this for Thanksgiving.
