I was able to visit without a child in tow, but was in a hurry to get home and make a meal for children. I was truly impressed. I hadn't even driven by in the process of building, so it was really a wow when I just saw the building. Although I usually shop at a different co-op, I like to support them all and plan to return and investigate further. Each one typically has a variety of items different from the next. I will definitely look for the homemade sausages.

I was very impressed with their stand on not selling grapes when there aren't any available from our continent - the closest were South Africa. Although we tend to "need" to buy out of season given the Minnesota weather, I always attempt to be as local as possible. My favorite green tip is REUSABLE WATER BOTTLES! I have been giving them out as gifts and am proud to say I haven't purchased more than one or two individual water bottles in over a year.

I am so excited about your new book!
