I also incorporate some raw foods into my diet-but would love some recipes to help add more. This book looks great! I noticed there are a few smoothie recipes on her website-I'm looking forward to trying them out.


Hi Lori - Yes - Susan's got a real knack for recipe creation (and photography too!). What I love about raw recipes is they often get me to use and combine foods in a brand new way.

I love raw foods - I just find veggies taste better raw than cooked. And you don't have to worry about over-cooking mushiness. Thanks for sharing the benefits!
